Holly Springs Elementary Girl Scout Commended | Community Spirit

Holly Springs Elementary School second-grader Sydney Sincula recently received a commendation from the Marine Corps League for her work in donating 167 boxes of Girl Scout cookies to the troops in Afghanistan. 

Her efforts were in conjunction with a larger Support the Troops project undertaken by all second-graders at Holly Springs ES.

Sydney is pictured receiving her award from Ken Meyer of the North Georgia Mountain Detachment of the Marine Corps League.
