Happy New Year from Where U Live!

Happy New Year from Where U Live!

It's hard to believe that Where U Live is less than six months old. We've come so far in such a short amount of time.

And the sites are only going to get bigger and better in 2011.

I'd like to take the opportunity to give a heartfelt "thank you" to everyone who has helped us build Where U Live. We are overwhelmed and extremely grateful at the positive and enthusiastic response we've received so far. Keep the story ideas, community events and "good news" coming!

Have a safe, happy and healthy new year. See you in 2011Alive!

Boston Elementary Students, Elf Stock Food Pantry

Boston Elementary Students, Elf Stock Food Pantry

WOODSTOCK, GA -- Boston Elementary School C.A.M.P. teacher Clay Gunter is a man of his word.

Mr. Gunter told his students that, if the school community collected at least 1,000 cans of food for a food drive, he would come to class dressed as an elf.

The students, teachers and parents of Boston Elementary brought in well over 1,000 food items for needy families who are aided by the Jay Weaver Food Pantry in Woodstock.

And, just as he promised, Mr. Gunter dyed his hair red and green, and wore an elf costume for the school's Holiday Sing-Along.
