Home invasion suspects arrested
HOLLY SPRINGS, Ga. -- Holly Springs Police have arrested three suspects in connection with a violent home invasion.
One of the home's residents told police two men broke into his Amylou Circle home at around 2:30 a.m. Monday. When he tried to call 911, one of the suspects told him he'd kill him unless he told police everything was OK, according to Holly Springs Police spokesperson Tanya Anderson.
Police responded to the home anyway and saw a man waiting in a van parked outside the house. The man began a chase, which ended when police threw out stop sticks near the intersection of Towne Lake and Woodstock parkways, Anderson said. The driver was arrested and identified as Andra Westmoreland.
