WOODSTOCK, Ga. -- Author, speaker and radio host River Jordan will be teaching a writing class on Saturday, January 26th from 1-4pm at FoxTale Book Shoppe. Jordan gained initial popularity with readers through her well-received works of magical realism, the novels, The Messenger of Magnolia Street, The Miracle of Mercy Land and Saints in Limbo. But it was through the highly acclaimed publication of her first non-fiction narrative, Praying for Strangers, that she launched a new phase of her career as a bit of a spiritual guru.
