2 charged in Woodstock pharmacy robbery
WOODSTOCK, Ga. -- Police are investigating the possibility that two men accused of robbing a Woodstock pharmacy are also responsible for similar crimes throughout metro Atlanta.
The suspects were arrested early Friday outside the CVS in the 1600 block of Towne Lake Parkway.
Clarence Logan, 21, and Saabir Muhammad, 20, both of Douglasville, are accused of robbing the store. Surveillance images showed one of the suspects jumping over the pharmacy counter to grab prescription medications.
Responding Woodstock Police officers spotted the pair leaving the CVS. One was immediately arrested; the other was taken into custody after a short chase. Both are being held in the Cherokee County Adult Detention Center.
